THAI Receives Business Traveller Award 2009 for Best Ground Service and Best Lounges

 

Thai Airways International recently won top rankings in the airline category from the Business Traveller Award 2009 for providing best ground service and best lounges.

 

According to Mr. Nond Kalinta, THAI’s General Manager for Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe, “THAI is proud to be the winner of the Business Traveller for best ground service as well as best airport lounges in the category ‘Direct and Connecting Flights to the Far East and Australia.’ THAI has succeeded in its mission to offer passengers the best possible service every day, and this award is proven recognition that customers acknowledge of our efforts.”

 



Business Traveller Award is Germany’s renowned prize awarded every year by Germany’s business travel magazine, Business Traveller. The results of this award are based on a comprehensive survey among the magazine’s readership. THAI received several other top rankings from the Business Traveller readers for its service to Asia and Australia. Furthermore, THAI is placed among the top three in each of the following categories: Services on Board, Cabin Staff, Cabin Comfort, Seat Pitch, Food and Beverage and Best Airline Overall.
